My research is in set theory, particularly forcing, consistency results, and combinatorial set theory. My current research focuses especially on side conditions in forcing and the theory of trees.

Professional Biography
Academic Background
I received a Ph.D. in Mathematical Sciences from Carnegie Mellon University in 2003. Afterwards, I held postdoctoral positions at the University of Vienna and the University of California, Berkeley. In 2009, I joined the Department of Mathematics at the University of North Texas as an assistant professor. I was promoted to associate professor with tenure in 2015 and to full professor in 2021. I served as Director of Graduate Studies from Fall 2022 through Spring 2026.
